I have been notified that a buyer has placed a booking with me as a supplier. What should I do?

If you don't have an account with Twill, Maersk or Sealand, you can activate an account via the email you have received. Once you log in, you will see the booking and any pending tasks for you to complete.

Sometimes, your buyer won't have the cargo information filled in and you will need to fill that in before we can confirm the booking. If you already have an account, you can log in and see the booking, as well as any pending tasks.
