What is the two-way commitment?

Twill strives to give the highest priority to your cargo. If we fail to load your cargo within 3 days before or after the scheduled departure date, we will compensate you.

This is a two-way commitment, because at the same time, whoever has made the booking must ensure the goods arrive as planned, otherwise cancellation or no-show fees will apply.
